Juventus have met an intermediary sent by Everton to discuss the future of in-demand midfielder Mario Lemina.

The midfielder is expected to be on the move in the summer transfer window as he looks for more playing time, having struggled to feature on a regular basis in Turin over the last year.

Roma and Valencia are leading the chase for Lemina's signature, while Arsenal could yet force themselves into the mix as Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is a fan of the 23-year-old.

Everton are also keen and, according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, the Toffees sent intermediary Vincenzo Morabito for talks on Thursday with Juventus general manager Giuseppe Marotta and sporting director Fabio Paratici.

Morabito brought Lemina up and made it clear that Everton are keen to take the midfielder to Goodison Park.

Everton had officials in Italy earlier this week for talks with AC Milan, Inter and Juventus, and the Toffees appear to be using Morabito to further their case with respect to Lemina.

He played just 899 minutes for the Bianconeri in Serie A this season, along with only 270 in the club's Champions League campaign.
