Galatasaray and Fenerbahce have expressed an interest in signing Arsenal striker Lucas Perez during the summer transfer window.

Arsenal signed the striker from Deportivo La Coruna last summer but Perez has been left frustrated by the amount of football, or the lack of it, at the club last season.

The Spaniard has made it clear that he wants to leave Arsenal during the upcoming window and it has been claimed that he is courting interest from Turkey.

According to Spanish sports daily AS, the 28-year-old’s agent has been approached by Galatasaray and Fenerbahce, who are keen to take him to Turkey.

Both Turkish giants are in the market for striker and it has been suggested that they are interested in taking ending Perez’s frustrating time Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

However, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce are set to face an uphill task to convince Perez as the player has prioritised returning to Spain ahead of next year’s World Cup.

There has been talk of Sevilla being the favourites to sign him but the Andalusian club are yet to approach the player’s representative or Arsenal about the prospect of snapping him up.

Valencia and his former club Deportivo La Coruna have also been linked with a move for Perez this summer.
