Everton could break the bank to sign Moussa Dembele from Celtic, but will only move if Romelu Lukaku leaves Goodison Park.

The Toffees are assessing a number of options to replace Lukaku, who is expected to be sold this summer.

The Belgium international has been linked with a big money move to Chelsea, but so far the Blues have yet to snap him up.

Everton are still making plans for his potential departure though and, according to French outlet Foot Mercato, have identified Celtic's French striker Dembele as a suitable replacement.

It is claimed that Everton are prepared to break the bank to make sure Dembele lands at Goodison Park, if they push ahead with a swoop.

But Ronald Koeman's men will only make a move for Dembele if Lukaku is sold.

However, Dembele is not the only striker Everton are looking at as a replacement for Lukaku, with two other unnamed targets on their list.

Dembele only joined Celtic last summer, but has made a splash in Scottish football and was chased by Chelsea in the winter transfer window, while AC Milan are also keen this summer.
