Leeds United are expected to return with a fresh offer for FC Twente midfielder Mateusz Klich after their initial bid was rejected.

The second tier English side have been showing interest in the Polish schemer, but have only just made an offer to Twente for his services.

The bid has been knocked back by the Eredivisie side, despite the fact Klich is eager to move to Elland Road.

However, according to Dutch daily TC Tubantia, Leeds are fully expected to come back to the table with a new offer soon.

The expectation is that Leeds will put an offer on the table which is good enough for the Tukkers, who are prepared to sell a player they only bought a year ago from German side Kaiserslautern.
