Manchester United are making Inter sweat over Ivan Perisic, but the Serie A side are determined to stand firm.

The Red Devils are keen to land the Croatia international winger and have had a €30m bid rejected by the Italian giants.

Inter need to raise €30m by the end of the month to stay the right side of UEFA's financial fair play rules and Manchester United have not increased their offer as the clock ticks down.

But despite the Premier League side wanting to force Inter into accepting the bid, the Nerazzurri will not be moved, according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com.

Indeed, Inter are firm about their asking price for Perisic, which they insist is €50m and will not drop.

Manchester United are not expected to give up on Perisic though, even if Inter do not budge.

Jose Mourinho is claimed to have directly requested that Perisic is signed this summer, meaning the Red Devils could return to the chase in July.
