Ezgjan Alisoki's representatives have spoken out amid claims that their client is set to move to Leeds United.

The Macedonia international winger was in superb form in Switzerland for Lugano last term as he helped his side qualify for the Europa League by virtue of their Swiss Super League finish.

Alioski scored 17 goals for Lugano in the Super League and has been linked with a number of clubs, including from the Bundesliga.

It is Leeds who are claimed to be close to securing his signature, but the player's representatives do not want to add to such talk, despite admitting their client is a man in demand.

His representatives told BBC Radio Leeds: "We've received many enquiries regarding the player and will analyse them all in due time.

"Due to his massive impact at Lugano last season it is understandable Ezgjan Alioski is a sought after player all over Europe."

Alisoki only joined Lugano last summer and put pen to paper to a two-year deal with the Super League outfit.

However, he looks unlikely to be seeing out his current agreement given the fierce level of interest from clubs in securing his services over the summer transfer window.
