Mateusz Klich is on the way to Leeds United after the Whites agreed a fee with FC Twente for his services.

The Eredivisie club have been open to selling Klich, even though they only snapped him up last summer from German side Kaiserslautern for a nominal fee.

Now the midfielder is set to play his football in England's second tier next season as, according to Dutch daily De Telegraaf, the clubs have agreed a fee, leaving only the formalities of the transfer to conclude.

Klich is firmly on his way to England with Leeds.

Leeds have already made one signing this summer in the shape of winger Hadi Sacko, whose loan move was turned into a permanent transfer.
