Real Madrid have already reached verbal agreements with Kylian Mbappe and Gianluigi Donnarumma and they are just waiting for coach Zinedine Zidane to give the nod before they make their move for the duo.

Mbappe has been linked with a wide range of clubs, with Arsenal also believed to be keen to sign him this summer, but the Monaco striker has reportedly made it clear that he will only leave the Ligue 1 champions for Real Madrid.




Donnarumma has refused to sign a new deal with AC Milan, which would have replaced his current contract that expires at the end of next season and he has been offered to Real Madrid by his agent Mino Raiola.

The Real Madrid hierarchy are keen to secure the two young stars of world football this summer and according to Marca, they have already agreed verbal terms with their respective representatives.
 


And it has been claimed that the European champions will approach Monaco and AC Milan to negotiate deals for Mbappe and Donnarumma once they receive the green signal from Zidane.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is expected to meet the head coach in the coming days to discuss the club’s course of action this summer and he will present the opportunity to the Frenchman to sign Mbappe and Donnarumma.

Zidane has been excited about Mbappe and the Real Madrid coach is one of the reasons the French youngster is keen to move to the Bernabeu, but there is still some doubt over the minutes he will receive in a star studded team next season.

The Real Madrid head coach has also been supportive of Keylor Navas, one of the reasons the club ditched their idea of signing David de Gea, but he could agree to bring in Donnarumma to provide more competition for the Costa Rican.

Zidane has been clear about having a tighter squad next season and it remains to be seen whether he provides his nod to Real Madrid’s pursuit of Mbappe and Donnarumma.
