Yaya Sanogo is wanted by French Ligue 1 side Toulouse, ahead of his departure from Arsenal.

The French striker's contract at Arsenal runs out at the end of this month and he will soon be officially off the books at the Emirates Stadium.

Sanogo endured a miserable time at the Gunners, disrupted by injuries, and had spells on loan at Crystal Palace, Ajax and Charlton Athletic.

Still just 24 years old, Sanogo is looking for a new challenge as he seeks to relaunch his career and the striker may be set to find it back in his native France.

According to French magazine France Football, Toulouse have been in touch with Sanogo's agents to register their interest in snapping him up.
