Montpellier president Louis Nicollin says he has not fielded even one offer for in-demand attacking midfielder Ryad Boudebouz this month.

Newcastle United have been heavily linked with the Algeria international, while Lazio and Bayer Leverkusen are also admirers of the creative star.

Montpellier have made clear they will sell Boudebouz for the right price, with the Ligue 1 club demanding €15m for their star man.

However, despite the transfer talk surrounding Boudebouz, Montpellier have yet to receive one offer, Nicollin revealed.

And the president insists if Boudebouz does end up staying at the Stade de la Mosson, few at the club would complain.

"Only one player was leaving – Ryad Boudebouz", Nicollin told AFP.

"For the past month, I have not received a single proposal.

"If he stays, nobody will complain", the supermo added.

Boudebouz netted eleven goals and provided nine assists throughout the course of Montpellier's Ligue 1 season last term, meaning the south coast club would be delighted if he does not move on this summer.

He has been keen to try something new though and is open to a departure.
