Alvaro Morata took a break from his holidays to spend a few hours at the Real Madrid offices recently to accelerate his transfer to Manchester United.

Manchester United have been in talks with Real Madrid for the signature of the 24-year-old striker, but the two clubs are yet to reach an agreement over a fee for the transfer.




The latest offer from the Red Devils is around the €74m region, but Real Madrid are demanding more money and are holding out for a fee between the €85m to €90m mark.

Morata has already agreed terms with Manchester United and is pushing for a move away from Real Madrid as he looks to play a starring role next season at Old Trafford.
 


The striker took a break from his holiday in Ibiza recently and according to Spanish sports daily AS, travelled to the Spanish capital to accelerate his transfer to Manchester United.

While Real Madrid are not in a hurry to sell Morata, especially before they face Manchester United in the European Super Cup in August, the striker is not keen to see the negotiations drag on all summer and wants a resolution soon.

With the players set to reconvene for pre-season training at all major clubs soon, Morata wants his future sorted out by the time he returns from his holiday in the next week or so.

The Spaniard wants to join his new team mates at Manchester United for pre-season training in England on 8th July and is pushing to get his transfer to Manchester United done and dusted as soon as possible.
