Nice winger Vincent Marcel has agreed personal terms over a contract with Tottenham Hotspur ahead of a proposed move to England.

The 20-year-old winger made only a handful of number of appearances for Nice last season, but did enough to attract the attention of several clubs across Europe.




Tottenham, who are always on the lookout for young talent, were impressed enough to make a move for the player and they have been in talks with his representatives over a transfer.

And it has been claimed that Marcel is prepared to move to England this summer as according to French outlet Foot Mercato, the player has agreed the terms of a contract with Tottenham.
 


With personal terms agreed on a five-year deal, Tottenham are poised to approach Nice for the winger and look to table an offer that could be good enough to convince the Ligue 1 club.

Marcel has made just ten senior appearances for Nice and it remains to be seen whether the club would be ready to part ways with the 20-year-old during the upcoming window.

The youngster, who has appeared for the France Under-20s, has a contract until 2021 with the Ligue 1 outfit.
