Turkish giants Galatasaray have made a bid to sign Arsenal and Watford linked Sebastien Corchia, who is tipped to leave Lille this summer.

Corchia is keen to taste a new challenge after spending all his career so far in France and Lille are ready to deal for the right price.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has long been an admirer of the right-back and the Gunners were linked with the 26-year-old earlier this summer.

Watford are also keen on Corchia, as are La Liga giants Sevilla.

Galatasaray have wasted no time making a concrete move for the defender to follow up on their interest.

According to French sports daily L'Equipe, the Turkish side have offered to take Corchia on loan for a year, for a fee of €1m, plus a guarantee over signing him next summer for a set price of €4m.

Lille however are claimed to value Corchia between €7m and €8m and are waiting for further proposals to head their way.
