The agent of Arsenal target Jorginho makes no bones about the fact that offers from the Premier League have come in for his client, however he insists the midfielder is focused on Napoli.
Jorginho switched to Napoli from Hellas Verona in 2014, with the southern Italian side winning the race for his signature despite competition from Premier League clubs.
The Italy international has kicked on at Napoli and is now again attracting attention from other clubs.
But Jorginho is focused on life at Napoli and his agent knows that the Serie A side have no plans to cash in on the 25-year-old.
"Jorginho is one of the best dictators of play in Europe and Napoli obviously want to hold on to him", agent Joao Santos said on Italian radio station Radio Crc.

"I often talk with various sporting directors, that is normal, but Jorginho is only thinking about Napoli and is determined to do better than last year.
"The offers are there, from the Premier League and Ligue 1, but I cannot tell you the name of the teams.
"However, there is no team with an agreement", he added.
Last season Jorginho made 31 appearances in all competitions for Napoli, providing three assists for his team-mates.
Napoli have the Brazil-born midfielder, who has won two caps for Italy at senior international level, under contract until the summer of 2020.
