Inter Milan are still contemplating whether to take up the option of signing Paris Saint-Germain right-back and Manchester United target Serge Aurier this summer.

The 24-year-old defender is expected to leave PSG this summer after it became clear that he has no intention of continuing with the Parisians next season.

Manchester United have been heavily linked with a move for the Ivoirian full-back, but a transfer to the Premier League is difficult because of outstanding legal issues, which would not allow him to obtain a visa to travel to England.

Serie A giants Inter are in the running for his signature and Aurier has been reportedly offered to the Nerazzurri as part of PSG’s interest in signing Joao Mario.

His agent has held talks with Inter over a summer switch, but according to Sky Italia, the club are still undecided on whether to agree to sign Aurier from PSG in the current window.

With less than a month left in the window, Inter are keen to see how the market evolves in the next few days before taking a final decision on whether to snap up the Ivoirian.

Aurier remains very much in the though process of the decision makers at Inter, but the club are still deliberating on whether to take him to the San Siro this summer.
