Juventus are prepared to turn their attention towards other targets if they can’t find a breakthrough in negotiations for Liverpool midfielder Emre Can by Sunday.

Can has a year left on his contract with Liverpool and has so far refused to sign a new deal with the Reds, indicating his willingness to look for options this summer.

The Germany international is Juventus’ top choice for a midfielder this summer and the Italian champions have been working on the deal for weeks to secure his signature.

However, an agreement remains elusive and there is still a difference between what the Bianconeri are willing to offer for him and what Liverpool have been demanding.

Patience is running thin in Turin and according to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport, the Italian champions are prepared to turn to other targets if the negotiations continue to stall until Sunday.
