Andrea Ranocchia’s representatives will meet three Premier League clubs today as the Italian defender’s imminent departure provides further evidence of Inter Milan closing in on Arsenal’s Shkodran Mustafi.

Ranocchia has been linked with a move away from Inter all summer, but Luciano Spalletti reportedly requested the defender continue at Inter last week as the Nerazzurri boss was not keen to lose his experience.

But with Inter chasing Arsenal defender Mustafi, it is becoming clearer that Ranocchia will be sold before Thursday’s deadline and he has been attracting interest from the Premier League.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the defender’s representatives will hold a fresh round of meetings with three Premier League clubs in Burnley, Watford and Brighton today.

Ranocchia spent part of last season on loan at Hull City and is keen to return to the Premier League amidst heavy interest in his services.
