Monaco have secured the signature of Tottenham Hotspur target Keita Balde.

The Senegalese winger had entered the final 12 months of his contract at Lazio and had been linked consistently with Juventus, Inter and Tottenham over the course of the last month.

But in desperate need of reinforcements after a number of player sales, Monaco have stolen a march on their competitors and landed Keita.

The forward has put pen to paper on a contract at the Stade Louis II running until the summer of 2022, a five-year deal.

Lazio had held firm to a €30m asking price for Keita, but Inter, Juventus and Spurs did not meet it.
