Toulouse have joined the chase for Sunderland attacking midfielder Wahbi Khazri, who has also been approached by Rennes.

Khazri has been keen to move out of the Stadium of Light before the window slams shut tomorrow and has been in talks over a loan move to France or Turkey in the final week of the window.

Rennes have been in negotiations with the player and are keen to sign him on a loan deal, but the Tunisia international is yet to make a decision over his future club.

And according to French sports daily L’Equipe, Toulouse are also interested in the Sunderland attacking midfielder and are keen to compete for his signing with only a day left in the window.

Khazri is still conflicted about his choice of clubs and is considering all options as he also has offers to move to Turkey with clubs such as Trabzonspor and Alanyaspor interested in his services.
