Arsenal have had an offer accepted by Monaco for Liverpool target Thomas Lemar, according to the Telegraph, with talk of a €100m bid having gone in.

The Gunners recently dropped out of the race for Lemar earlier this month after concluding Monaco would not sell the winger, but have now come back to the table to rival Liverpool.

Liverpool want Lemar and have been holding talks with Monaco, however they have yet to make any kind of breakthrough as the Ligue 1 champions say they want to keep the winger.

But where Liverpool have failed, Arsenal have succeeded and had an offer accepted.

The ball is now in Lemar's court over whether or not he wants to join Arsenal.
