Juventus and AC Milan are considering making a move for Arsenal and Everton linked midfielder Jakub Jankto during the January transfer window.

With the dust of the summer transfer window settling down, the Italian clubs are already pushing forward with their plans for recruitment when the window opens again in January.

And according to Italian sports daily Gazzetta dello Sport, Udinese midfielder Jankto could be a player in demand for two top Italian clubs in the winter.

AC Milan, who have spent heavily in the summer, are not keen to stop their rebuilding of the squad and are eyeing a move for the 21-year-old Czech in January.

Jankto, a self-confessed Arsenal fan, has also been on the radar of the Gunners and Everton boss Ronald Koeman is believed to be keeping an eye on his development in Italy.

The midfielder’s agent ruled out a summer move for the player and advised him to concentrate on his football at Udinese, but it remains to be seen whether he will encourage the youngster to change clubs in January.

Udinese are unlikely to entertain interest in Jankto in the middle of the season, but there are suggestions that they could receive offers north of the €20m mark for him in January.
