Fixture: Feyenoord vs Manchester City
Competition: Champions League
Kick-off: 19:45 (UK time)

Manchester City have confirmed their side and substitutes to lock horns with Dutch champions Feyenoord in their opening Champions League fixture in Rotterdam this evening.

Pep Guardiola's men crushed Liverpool 5-0 in the Premier League at the weekend and go into the game in high spirits and as firm favourites to pick up all three points.

Defender Vincent Kompany has not travelled with the squad to the Netherlands.

Guardiola picks Ederson in goal, with the shot-stopper fit enough to play, while at the back John Stones and Nicolas Otamendi will try to keep things tight. Bernardo Silva is picked to play, as are David Silva and Kevin De Bruyne, while Gabriel Jesus and Sergio Aguero will pose an attacking threat.

If the Spanish boss needs to make changes during the game then he can call for Leroy Sane off the bench, with Raheem Sterling another option.
