PHOTO: Leeds United Owner Hails Team Unity

Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani has revealed his delight on social media after the club went to the top of the Championship table on Tuesday night.

The Yorkshire giants remained unbeaten in the league with a 2-0 win over Birmingham City at Elland Road and moved to the top of the league table.

Leeds have not conceded a goal in the league since the opening day and Thomas Christiansen and his men have earned great plaudits for the flair as well as the hard work they have displayed so far this season.

Radrizzani’s shepherding of the club since taking over earlier this year has also earned huge amounts of applause and the Italian’s running of Leeds has renewed faith amongst the Elland Road faithful.

The Italian businessman is also delighted with the way the club have shown signs of improvements this season after finishing just outside the playoff positions in the last campaign.

Posting a photo of several Leeds players celebrating, Radrizzani wrote on Instagram: “We are Leeds United.”

The Italian’s decision to buy back Elland Road earlier this year earned him much needed respect and confidence amongst the Leeds fans.

Leeds will be hoping to carry on with their momentum when they visit London for a tough away trip to Millwall at the weekend.
