Paris Saint-Germain defender Thomas Meunier has indicated that he would like to play with Belgium team-mate Thibaut Courtois at the Parc des Princes.

Courtois has been a mainstay for Chelsea since returning to the club from Atletico Madrid in 2014 and is regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the game at the moment.

While there have been murmurs of the Belgian seeking greener pastures in recent years, Antonio Conte has managed to hold on to his number one and he remains an indispensable part of the Chelsea squad.

However, Meunier admits that it would be great if PSG could convince the Belgian to move to France as he believes Courtois has the tools and the stature to become the new number one at the Parc des Princes.

Speaking to French daily Le Parisien, the full-back said about his compatriot: “He is very strong.
