Fixture: Liverpool vs Burnley
Competition: Premier League
Kick-off: 15:00 (UK time)

Liverpool have officially announced their starting eleven and substitutes to play host to Burnley at Anfield in a Premier League encounter this afternoon.

Jurgen Klopp's side head into the contest on the back of a 2-2 midweek draw against Sevilla at Anfield, a game which saw defensive mistakes again undo their good work in attack.

Klopp insists that he has no quality issue with his defence and heads into the game without the injured Adam Lallana and Nathaniel Clyne, and the suspended Sadio Mane.

The Liverpool manager goes with Simon Mignolet in goal, while at the back he selects Joel Matip and Ragnar Klavan as the central pairing, while Andrew Robertson slots in at left-back. James Milner is handed a midfield start, while Philippe Coutinho makes his first start of the season. Daniel Sturridge is selected, along with Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.

If Klopp needs to make changes then he can call for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain off the bench, with Dominic Solanke another option.
