Jurgen Klopp has insisted that he is not feeling the pressure of winning a trophy at Liverpool ahead of the start of the Reds' EFL Cup campaign.

Liverpool failed to sustain a title challenge last season in the Premier League and under Klopp the Reds have lost in the EFL Cup and the Europa League finals respectively.

The Merseyside giants have not won a trophy since winning the EFL Cup in 2012 and have won just two trophies in close to dozen years, but Klopp is not feeling any pressure for the moment.

The Liverpool manager is treating the EFL Cup as an opportunity to end Liverpool’s trophy drought, but Klopp stressed that he is not feeling the pressure to win silverware at Anfield.

Klopp said in a press conference ahead of Liverpool's cup trip to Leicester City: “I’m not sure if there is pressure on us.
