Fixture: Leicester City vs Liverpool
Competition: EFL Cup
Kick-off: 19:45 (UK time)

Liverpool have officially announced their starting line-up and substitutes to take on Leicester City in an EFL Cup clash this evening at the King Power Stadium.

The Reds dropped two Premier League points at the weekend when they were held to a 1-1 draw at Anfield by Burnley. Boss Jurgen Klopp will be keen for his side to return to winning ways at Leicester this evening, ahead of a league clash at the same ground against the same opponents next weekend.

Klopp hands goalkeeper Danny Ward a start between the sticks, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain makes his first start for Liverpool since his move to the club from Arsenal.

Elsewhere, the Reds boss picks Jon Flanagan at right-back, while Joe Gomez and Ragnar Klavan are the central defensive pairing. Marko Grujic starts, while Philippe Coutinho also lines up in the side. Dominic Solanke is up top.

If the Klopp wants to make a change then he can call for Lazar Markovic from the bench if needed, with Danny Ings another option.
