Leeds United head coach Thomas Christiansen wants to face one of the Premier League's big boys at Elland Road in the next round of the EFL Cup, with the Dane name-checking Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City.

The Yorkshire giants took care of Premier League opposition in Burnley and put in a strong performance to knock them out of the EFL Cup on penalties last night at Turf Moor.

Christiansen rotated his squad for the cup game and his fringe players showed their acumen as they helped Leeds to progress to the fourth round of the competition.

The Leeds boss admits that he would like to take on one of the better teams and is keen to test his side’s strength against one of the big names of the Premier League at home in the next round, with Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United ones who would delight him.

Asked about his preference for the fourth round draw, Christiansen told BBC Radio Leeds: “I would like a good team.
