Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has indicated that he will return to Italy once he leaves the west London club in the future and rejected heading to the big-money Chinese Super League.

Conte won three league titles with Juventus and also managed the Italy national team before joining Chelsea last year, where he won the Premier League title in his first season in England.

There were murmurs that he was considering an offer from Inter Milan in the summer, but for the moment Conte has remained committed towards his project at Chelsea.

But the former Juventus player and manager admits that he misses his homeland and will return to Italy once his time at Chelsea is over at some point in the future.

Conte told Radio Anch'io Sport: “As far as I am concerned, I have nostalgia towards Italy and that is beyond doubt as it’s my country.
