Pierre-Michel Lasogga admits that scoring a brace on his debut at home for Leeds United was the highlight of his first month at Elland Road.

The Whites signed the German striker from Hamburg in the summer on a season-long loan deal and Lasogga has been amongst the goals since joining the club towards the end of the window.

The 25-year-old has three goals to his name in five league appearances, including a brace against Burton Albion on his debut for Leeds when they won 5-0 at Elland Road.

Lasogga was in supreme form on that day and the striker admits scoring those two goals on his debut has been the highlight of his career at the Yorkshire giants so far.

The striker told LUTV: “The most special moment was my first match at Elland Road.
