Jason Cundy thinks a number of Chelsea players will be fearing for their spot in the side following a wretched performance in a 2-1 defeat at Crystal Palace on Saturday.

The Premier League champions had been tipped to make short work of the Eagles, who had not won a league game all season.

But Chelsea turned in a display to forget and slipped to back to back Premier League defeats, following a home loss against Manchester City before the international break.

And Cundy, who believes centre-backs Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen will feel they should now be in the team, thinks several Chelsea stars will be looking over their shoulder.

"There will be players fearing for their places", Cundy said on Chelsea TV.
