Pontus Jansson was determined not to miss out on Malmo FF's Swedish league title celebrations this evening, with the Leeds United defender joining in via video link on his phone.

A former Malmo player and still a Malmo fan, Jansson regularly makes trips back to Sweden to watch his old side in action when possible, sitting amongst the supporters.

Malmo were in Allsvenskan action this evening away at Norrkoping and knew that all three points would mean the title was in the bag.

They fell behind in the ninth minute and went in 1-0 down at the break, but a stirring second half display saw the visitors score three times without reply and win the Swedish title with three games to spare.

Malmo's fans surged onto the pitch at the final whistle and Jansson tuned in via phone video link from Leeds.
