Tottenham Hotspur legend Graham Roberts is certain that Harry Kane wants to win trophies for Spurs and has indicated that he will not leave the club for a more lucrative contract anywhere else.
Kane has been one of the standout strikers in European football in recent years, but there are suggestions that his salary at Tottenham is nowhere close to the amount other club pay their star scorers.
There are fears amongst Spurs fans that Kane could leave for a bigger club and better wages in the near future should Tottenham fail to match his ambition and offer him a more lucrative contract, comparable to what other top strikers earn in European football.
There has already been talk of Real Madrid tracking the Tottenham academy product and former England defender Rio Ferdinand urged Spurs to give Kane a top contract to keep hold of him.
Roberts is confident that Kane will do well for himself if he continues at Tottenham and believes the striker would prefer to win the top honours with his boyhood club rather than move anywhere else.

The Tottenham legend took to Twitter and wrote: “Harry Kane will do fantastic money wise at Spurs ,at [the] club he wants to be at
“And [he] loves the place, wants to win for Spurs, not others Rio Ferdinand.”
Kane is believed to be the top earner at Tottenham alongside Hugo Lloris, but his wage package is short of that taken home by Romelu Lukaku and Sergio Aguero.
