Bristol City boss Lee Johnson is expecting a difficult game against Leeds United on Saturday, despite admitting that the Whites have got flaws in their game.

Thomas Christiansen’s team had a great start to the season and moved to the top of the Championship table after being unbeaten in their opening seven league games.

But Leeds currently find themselves sixth in the standings, with the Yorkshire having lost four of their last five Championship outings.

However, Johnson, whose side are presently fourth in the league table, thinks his side will be in for a tough game against Leeds at Ashton Gate.

The 36-year-old went on to add that Leeds are a good footballing side, who have quality players at both ends of the pitch.

“I expect it to be a difficult game, as both sides are in the playoffs as we currently speak”, he said on bctv.

“Leeds are obviously quite open, they are a good footballing side, they’ve got some really good talented attackers and strong defenders.

“Yes they’ve got flaws in their game and have lost two or three on the spin.

“It will be an electric atmosphere and we’ve to make sure it will produce the same level of entertainment for the fans.”

Leeds, who have now lost three league games on the trot, were edged out 1-0 by Bristol City on their last visit to Ashton Gate in the 2016/17 campaign.
