Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has praised Ben Davies' development at Tottenham Hotspur, feeling Mauricio Pochettino's side are reaping the benefits of continuing to believe in the full-back.

Davies has made a big impact for Tottenham over the course of Danny Rose's absence at left-back and is now set to battle the fit again England international for a spot in Pochettino's team.

Klopp takes his Liverpool side to Wembley on Sunday to take on Tottenham and believes it would be a mistake simply to focus on stopping one player, with Harry Kane in sublime form.

The Liverpool boss believes Tottenham have superb players across the pitch and singled out Davies for praise, having been impressed with the Welshman's development in north London.

Klopp told a press conference: "They are a good team and you cannot concentrate on one player.
