Leeds United's players were buzzing when they arrived back in Leeds this evening, following a superb 3-0 win away at Bristol City. 

In wet and windy conditions, as Storm Brian batters the UK, Leeds were too good for a Bristol City side that went into the game unbeaten in their last 12 matches in all competitions.




Leeds made a mockery of their recent poor form, a run of three straight league defeats, and outclassed Lee Johnson's men at Ashton Gate.

The Whites then had an eventful flight back north in the windy weather and were buzzing as they eventually landed at Leeds Bradford Airport.
 


Winger Hadi Sacko posted a video of the squad arriving back and wrote: "Finally arrived in Leeds."

Whites head coach Thomas Christiansen took a big call for the game by opting to drop centre-back Pontus Jansson to the bench.

The Swede has been critical of his recent form, but few Leeds fans expected to see the defender dropped at Bristol City.

Leeds are next in action away at Leicester City in the EFL Cup on Tuesday evening.
