Everton managerial target Thomas Tuchel is expected to become the Bayern Munich coach at the end of the season.

Tuchel was linked with the Bayern Munich job after they sacked Carlo Ancelotti last month, but they eventually appointed Jupp Heynckes until the end of the campaign.

The former Borussia Dortmund boss is believed to be on Everton’s radar as Ronald Koeman’s replacement and his agent also remained coy when asked about a move to Merseyside.

However, the Toffees are expected to be snubbed by the German coach as according to SportBild, Tuchel is set to become the Bayern Munich coach at the end of the season.

The German champions have zeroed in on the 44-year-old as the long term successor to Heynckes and are expected to appoint him at the end of the current campaign.

Tuchel is also believed to be more inclined towards the Bayern Munich job rather than move to Goodison Park, which would mean taking charge of a team currently in the bottom three of the Premier League.

Everton could be forced to look at other candidates as it seems Tuchel is edging towards the Allianz Arena.
