Juventus have identified Liverpool target Emerson Palmieri as a January replacement for Alex Sandro, who has been linked with a move to Manchester United and Chelsea.

Sandro has been on Chelsea’s radar since the start of the year, but Juventus refused to sell him last summer when Chelsea made big money offers for the defender.

Chelsea are still interested in the full-back, but they are set to face stiff competition from Manchester United, who are reportedly preparing a big January bid for Sandro.

The Brazilian’s form has been of concern for Juventus and while the club are keen to keep him, he could agree to an exit and the Italian champions are inching towards accepting a big offer for the player in January.

And according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian champions have already identified Roma full-back Palmieri as his replacement and are prepared to make a move in the winter window.
