Inter and West Ham United are closely following young Italian goalkeeper Marco Meneghetti.

The shot-stopper is on the books at third tier Italian outfit Pordenone and has caught the eye with his performances in the youth ranks.

Just 16 years old, Meneghetti's potential has been noted and Pordenone could face a battle to keep hold of him.

According to Italian daily Il Gazzettino, both Inter and West Ham are alive to the goalkeeper and are tracking his progress closely.

Despite his tender years, Meneghetti has made one appearance in the senior Pordenone team this season.

The goalkeeper, who is regularly on the bench for the senior side, clocked up 45 minutes against Feralpisalo.

It remains to be seen whether either Inter or West Ham will look to make a move to snap up Meneghetti when the transfer window swings open in the summer.

Pordenone currently sit in ninth spot in Serie C's B group.
