Roma president James Pallotta is looking forward to seeing Liverpool star Mohamed Salah back at the Stadio Olimpico and admits that the forward created a lot of good memories at the club.

The forward joined Liverpool from Roma last summer and has taken his game to the next level, scoring 40 goals in all competitions this season, including being the Premier League’s top goal scorer at the moment.




Salah has been instrumental in Liverpool’s run to the Champions League semi-finals and will be facing his former side Roma in a bid to reach the final of the competition.

And Pallotta is looking forward to meeting his former player and admits Salah still has a number of good friends in the current Roma squad.
 


The Roma supremo is looking forward to welcoming back the former Giallorossi and has conceded that the Egyptian left a lot of fond memories at the Stadio Olimpico.

“He is a fantastic player and still has a lot of friends in the team”, Pallotta told Sky Italia when asked about the former Roma star.

“It will not be like meeting a stranger and at Roma, he has left a lot of good memories.”

Salah scored 34 goals in 83 appearances for Roma and mainly played as a winger during his time in Italy.
