Bayern Munich are set to send scouts to watch Napoli full-back and Arsenal target Elseid Hysaj in action against Juventus on Sunday.

A right-back by trade, the Albanian has the ability to play as a left-back as well and has often played on the left side of the defence in the absence of Faouzi Ghoulam this season.

His performances at Napoli have led to interest from big clubs in Europe and Arsenal are said to be keeping tabs on his showings with an eye to a future move.

Napoli could attract more offers for Hysaj during the summer window and it has been claimed that even Bayern Munich are now keeping a close watch on the Albanian.

According to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, the German champions are set to send scouts to watch Hysaj in action when Napoli take on Juventus next Sunday in Turin.

Bayern Munich are looking for a replacement for the ageing Rafinha and Hysaj is one of the names on their shortlist of targets ahead of the summer transfer window.

While the German champions don’t agree with Napoli’s €50m valuation of the player, the club are keen to continue scouting Hysaj as they look to firm up their interest in him.

The defender has a contract until 2021 with Napoli.
