Manchester United and Arsenal linked defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos is yet to sign the new contract on offer from Borussia Dortmund.

The Greek defender’s future at Dortmund has come under the scanner as there are suggestions that he could be leaving the Westfalenstadion in the summer window.

Clubs such as Arsenal and Manchester United are believed to be keeping tabs on him and even Serie A giants Juventus considering snaring him away from the Bundesliga club.

Dortmund are not reportedly averse to the idea of selling Sokratis in the summer, but it has been claimed regardless of that, the club have offered him fresh terms on a contract.

However, according to German magazine RevierSport, the defender is now delaying the decision to put pen to paper on a new deal with the Bundesliga giants.
