James Tavernier says he is proud of the way Rangers played against Hearts in their 2-1 win at Ibrox on Sunday, with the pressure on after last weekend's horror showing.

Rangers turned in a dire display last weekend as they collapsed to a 4-0 defeat against Celtic to exit the Scottish Cup at the semi-final stage.

And Tavernier has expressed his pride at the way Rangers played.

He posted a photograph on social media and wrote: "Proud of the boys today.
