Leeds United are rated as unlikely to look to keep striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga in the summer transfer window.

Lasogga is on loan at Leeds for the season from German Bundesliga club Hamburg, but the Whites do not have a purchase option on the striker.

The German has struggled to make an impact consistently for Leeds and has been rotated out of the side by head coach Paul Heckingbottom in recent weeks.

There has been no word of whether Leeds will look to try to keep Lasogga, but according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, the Whites are unlikely to do so.

Lasogga earns around £50,000 per week at Hamburg and the German side are shouldering some of his salary while he is at Leeds.

The German has made 30 appearances in the Championship for Leeds this season, scoring ten goals in the process.

Lasogga will have a further year to run on his lucrative contract at Hamburg when his loan stint at Leeds ends.
