The agent of Chelsea target Kalidou Koulibaly has conceded that there is always a chance his client could leave Napoli, but for the moment he wants to focus on the end of the season.

Koulibaly’s late winner against Juventus at the weekend has cut down the reigning champions’ lead at the top of the Serie A table to just one point with Napoli looking to gun the Bianconeri down.

There is fresh speculation that Chelsea are prepared to reignite their long held interest in the Senegal defender and Napoli will reportedly listen to offers for the 26-year-old for a fee of €70m or more.

The Serie A giants and the Napoli players are trying to keep their heads away from the inevitable speculation over their futures after a stellar season, but Bruno Satin, the defender’s agent, admits that a transfer cannot be ruled out completely.

However, he stressed Koulibaly would rather concentrate on Napoli’s efforts to gun down Juventus than think about a potential summer move to a one of the big clubs of Europe.

Asked if there is a risk that Napoli will sell him if a big club come up with a huge offer, Satin told RMC Sport: “There is always that risk in football and everything can happen.

“But at this moment it’s necessary for him to concentrate.

"Napoli must not drop points in order to frustrate the club in Turin.”

Koulibaly has a contract until 2021 with Napoli.
