West Ham goalkeeper Adrian knows that Manchester City will keep him busy as they look to break the record for the most points and the most goals in the history of the Premier League.

The Hammers suffered a 4-1 defeat against Arsenal last weekend and will host the newly crowned champions at the London Stadium this coming Sunday.

The 31-year-old is set to return to the playing eleven for the match as Manchester City loanee Joe Hart is ineligible to play the game against the club with whom he has a permanent contract.

In spite of the tough nature of the opponents, Adrian insists that he will hold no fear and will give his everything to keep the Sky Blues away from his goal.

The task though does not look easy, as the player himself admits, with Pep Guardiola's team aiming to break the record for the most points and the most goals.

“The truth in football is that Manchester City are the champions and they will come to try to win the game and score goals because they want to break the records for the most points and most goals in the history of the Premier League", Adrian told his club's official site.

“It’s my job to prepare and try to stop them.

I know I will be very busy but I want to show that, when I play, I am ready, so I’ll do my best. I know I will be in action many times.”
