Leeds United supremo Andrea Radrizzani has revealed that the Whites will not receive a fee for playing two friendlies in Burma.

The Yorkshire giants confirmed on Tuesday that they are to head to the Asian country at the end of the season for a post-season trip, which includes two friendly matches.

Leeds will play the MNL All Stars on 9th May, while their opposition on 11th May is the Burma national team.

The Whites have been criticised for heading to a country which is suffering significant political turmoil, with a number of fans unhappy with the move.

Radrizzani has been keen to defend the club playing the friendly matches and insists there is no monetary gain for Leeds from playing the games.

"We support the local football league and federation on medium, long-term project."

Leeds have continued to be criticised for the trip, but Radrizzani has indicated he has little interest in calling it off and the Whites look set to sign off on the 2017/18 season by playing two friendlies in Burma.
