Chelsea have identified Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani as a possible replacement for Juventus target Alvaro Morata.

Morata joined Chelsea from Real Madrid for a club record transfer fee last summer, but his first season in England has been anything but smooth for the striker.
