Manchester United are prepared to see Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney join another Premier League club as they prioritise a move for Juventus’ Alex Sandro, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Jose Mourinho wants a new left-back for his squad in the summer as the Manchester United manager has been left far from impressed by Luke Shaw’s attitude and performances.

Tottenham’s Danny Rose has long been on Manchester United’s radar, but it has been claimed that they have cooled their interest in the England international despite him seemingly being available at the end of the season.

Manchester United's scouts have also been closely keeping tabs on Celtic’s Tierney and he remains on their radar, but the Premier League giants want someone else in the summer.

And they are prepared to risk seeing another Premier League club sign the Celtic full-back in their pursuit of a different target.

The Scotland international continues to have admirers at Manchester United, but it has been claimed Mourinho has prioritised signing Sandro from Juventus in the summer.

Juventus’ interest in Matteo Darmian has also provided hope to Manchester United that they could thrash out a cash plus player deal with the Italian champions for the Brazilian full-back.

Tierney on the other hand could move south of the border to England in the summer and Bournemouth are said to be prepared to match Celtic’s asking price for the defender.
