Dinamo Zagreb have set their face against selling highly-rated defender Filip Benkovic, who has been linked with Celtic, Borussia Dortmund, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.

Benkovic's classy displays at the heart of Dinamo Zagreb's defence have had scouts from some of the biggest clubs in Europe drooling and it has been speculated the offers could come thick and fast for the 20-year-old this summer.

But according to Croatian outlet 24 Sata, Dinamo Zagreb have decided to resist Bekovic's departure in the summer transfer window.

The Croatian giants want to keep hold of the defender for at least another season.

As such, Dinamo Zagreb will only abandon their plans to keep Benkovic if they are made an offer they simply cannot refuse.

It is claimed such an offer would need to be in the €15m to €20m range.

Dinamo Zagreb could still receive a big bid for Benkovic given the calibre of clubs who have been linked with him.

Scottish giants Celtic have regularly been listed as admirers of Benkovic, while Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are also alive to his talents.
